You can use eye contact to get her attention and show interest in her. You don’t make eye contact with people unless you really notice them right? So when you make eye contact with her she will know that you have really noticed her.
Make sure to hold the eye contact for a few seconds and end it with a smile. If you don’t smile at the end of the eye contact she may wonder if she has something on her shirt or if she has pissed you off.
If you hold the eye contact any longer then a few seconds than you will cross over into the ‘creepy flirting guy’ territory. You will looks as though you are undressing her, and she will most likely cover up her chest with her arms and get out of there.
